If you’d like to help in one or more roles, please make sure your PPS Background Check is complete, and reach out with any questions.

PPS Volunteer Requirements

To ensure a safe environment for our students, PPS requires volunteers to follow the steps below. A person is considered a volunteer if they have the potential for unsupervised contact with PPS students during school hours, including chaperones for field trips.

Dine out, give back. On Saturday, November 28th, Yalla is giving 10% of brunch sales to our school.

Winter Bazaar

When: Saturday, December 5th, 9-11AM
Where: Bridlemile cafeteria

Kick off the holiday season at Bridlemile’s Winter Bazaar on Saturday, December 5, from 9–11 AM! Join us for a pancake breakfast, a holiday craft station for kids, a greenery sale featuring wreaths and table décor, and a holiday market filled with festive finds. It’s a great way to shop local, support our school community, and enjoy a little holiday cheer together!

Calling All Volunteers & Vendors! Help us make the bazaar a success! We’re looking for volunteers to help with the event, as well as market vendors—including local businesses, makers, and student entrepreneurs who want to share their creations. Whether you can lend a hand or set up a booth, we’d love to have you involved!

PTA General Meeting

When: Tuesday, Feb, 16 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Where: TBD - Google Hangout

Our general PTA meetings are open to everyone, and all community members are encouraged to attend and participate in discussions.
Active PTA members can also vote on how funds, programs, and resources support our students and teachers. These meetings are a great opportunity to share your perspective, connect with school staff and other families, and help shape our school community.
