Co-Room Parents
At Bridlemile, each classroom has two parents (three for Kindergarten classrooms) who comprise a Co-Room Parent team. The Co-Room Parents’ role is to communicate the volunteer needs of our teacher, the PTA, and the Bridlemile Foundation with other parent and caregiver volunteers in our children’s classroom. Throughout the school year, Co-Room Parents will:
Recruit and coordinate volunteers for in-class activities, PTA events, and Bridlemile Foundation happenings
Solicit donations (i.e. money for classroom fund, paper goods, snacks, decorations, time and talent for light repair work, etc.
Communicate on school-wide updates
Delegate, delegate, delegate
Say ‘thank you!’ early and often
